Likely causes

• PCU not fully seated

1. 1ReseatOpen the front, pull the PCU straight out, inspect the set-fill tab, reseat firmly. Close and retry.
2. 2Set sensorSP5-803 input for developer set. Toggle the PCU. If the bit never changes, replace the set sensor.
