Firmware update from SD

01Match the set

Engine, controller, operation panel, and sometimes fax are a combination. IM C4510 packages are not IM C3000 packages. Read the combination chart.

02Card and slot

Service SD, correct slot, single package folder as the FSM describes. Remove any leftover NVRAM files if the bulletin says to.

03Flash

Power on, wait for the update UI (or the LED pattern on older GW). When it says complete, power off, pull the SD, power on, confirm versions in SP.

04Panel firmware

SOP 2.5 can sit on a different package. If the panel boots to a logo forever after a controller flash, load the SOP package next.
