ARMS / remote notes
What a field tech needs to know when ARMS is in play (2025+).

01Do not fight a remote session
If ARMS is pushing firmware or an address book, wait. Pulling power mid-push looks exactly like 819/870.
02After a disk swap
Re-register / re-enable ARMS so the device is not a clone of the old disk identity. Confirm device ID with the dispatcher.
03Alerts
A standing SC that ARMS already ticketed does not mean it was reset. History + SP5-810 still follow the same rules.
