Enter SP mode

SOP / IM C: Reset → 806182 → hold C. Then 5812# (phone on counter), 5810# (SC reset), 5990# (print SMC).

Applies · IM C, IM, MP C SOP. Old yellow-key panels still use 107.

01Current SOP / IM C (this is the one)
Home so you are not in a job. Press Reset (circular arrow). Type 806182, then hold C (Clear) until System SP appears. This is the current IM C / SOP sequence. Some techs use 806182# — if nothing happens, hold C.
02If 806182# does not take
No user logged in as admin. Back out to Home, not User Tools. Do the sequence without pausing. Some SOP builds want hold-C instead of # — Reset, 806182, hold C.
03Old yellow-key panel only
Aficio / early MP with a 4-line or yellow Reset: Clear/Stop → 107 → Clear/Stop. Do not use 107 on IM C SOP — that is the old sequence.
04Then SP Direct
Inside SP, type the number and #. 5812# phone/ID, 5810# SC reset, 5990# history, 5803# input. Faster than walking the tree.
05Exit
Exit SP, then a full power cycle if you changed anything that says reboot required.
